| 摘 要： | 以底线视角来审视厦门市村改社区体育公共服务的现状,研究认为当前村改社区存在着体育公共服务资源配置不公平、村改居民对社区体育公共服务主观满足感不足、体育公共政策制度执行不对称、体育资源配置差异性显著、社区体育社团建设滞后等问题,提出了推进村改社区体育公共服务底线公平实现的制度安排,建立多元形态的体育公共服务供给模式,统筹社区体育公共服务发展规划,促进居民的市民化等发展思路。

| Abstract: | Public sports service in the village-based community from bottom line perspective has revealed a number of problems： unfair allocation of sport resources, low satisfaction of residents in the sports service, poor implementation of community sports policies and facilities supply, and underdeveloped community sports organizations. The paper proposes that community public sports service should be fair, diverse, well planned and residents＇ habit developed. |
