人口老龄化下厦门社区公共设施通用设计探讨

对厦门市部分社区公共设施的实地调查发现,老龄群体使用社区公共设施存在信息识别困难、操作障碍、需求得不到有效满足等问题。建议借助通用设计的方法,结合老年人在运动机能、知觉机能、认知机能等方面的特点,从造型、尺度、材料、信息传达方式、使用和交互方式等角度完善社区的公共设施设计,进一步提升老龄群体参与使用社区公共设施的积极性,以有效地引导公共资源的合理利用。

Universal Design of Public Facilities for the Aging Community in Xiamen

With a survey in Xiamen, the essay summarizes problems existing in community service of an aging society as information recognition, application and unsatisfied demand, and recommends the universal design as a solution, which aims at improving public facilities for the aged community in terms of shape, size, materials, informing mode, use and interaction to accommodate the characteristics of the aged in movement, sensing and perception, so as to enhance participation of the target audience and raise the efficiency of the community service.
