| 摘 要： | 以国内产业升级的重大战略调整为研究背景，在回顾产业升级与要素分工的路径依赖等理论的基础上，通过构造福建省经济的误差修正模型以及对模型的扩展解释，论证了不同要素在不同时期对产出的不同作用。全球价值链下的要素分工，要求未来区域产业政策从系统论出发构建区域产业链的要素协同发展机制。
