第三方网络零售平台的私人秩序治理

摘    要:现有第三方网络零售平台基本都建立了某种有组织的私人秩序治理机制,其基础是在线声誉系统,但仍存在诸多缺陷。为弥补这些缺陷,促进平台诚信交易和可持续性成长,基于业界实践和系统性思维,提出一个第三方网络零售平台的私人秩序治理框架,涵盖声誉信息的收集、聚合、存储、传播以及声誉反馈回路等,其声誉信息来源于评价反馈、第三方中介服务、商盟与论坛社区、物流平台以及其他电子商务平台的声誉信息等。

Abstract:The existing third-party online retail platforms have generally built some organized private ordering framework based on online reputation systems. These systems, however, maintain many defects. In order to repair the defects and promote the integrity of transactions and sustainable development of the platforms,this article proposed a framework of private order governance on the third-party online retail platform based on professional practices and thoughts. The framework collects,aggregates,storages,transmits and gives feedback of the reputation data,which are collected from rating feedback,third party intermediary services,business unions and forums,logistic service platforms,and other E-commerce platforms.
