摘    要: 为解决装车装船运输IBC吨桶的物流网络问题,重点考虑运输均衡性、车辆装载率,结合周期性运输物流场景,构建IBC吨桶物流网络规划模型。模型设立需求满足率时序指标实现均衡性物流网络规划,通过设置运输车辆的最低装载率约束提高物流网络总体的车辆装载率。算例分析结果表明:该模型能够提供运输费用更优且运输更均衡的物流网络规划方案。管理者可按物流情况选择适宜的车辆装载率及均衡运输方案,规划符合管理策略的IBC吨桶物流网络。

Abstract: An IBC logistics network planning model is constructed with the focus on transport proportionality and vehicle loading rate in the context of periodic transports in order to improve the Intermediate Bulk Container (IBC) loading and shipping by trucks and ships. The model realizes the network planning for balanced logistics by setting the the demand fill rate timelines,and improves the average vehicle loading rate of the logistics network by setting the lowest loading rate allowance for vehicles involved.The results of the instance analysis show that the logistics network planning model can achieve lower transportation cost and a more balanced network flow that managers can design an IBC logistics network that fits their management strategy with appropriate vehicle loading rates and transport schemes based on the model.
