摘    要:从高校教师绩效管理理论出发,分析了我国高校教师绩效评估体系的现状与存在的主要问题,并提出树立绩效管理的思想和“以人为本”的管理理念;加强教师评价工作的改进与完善,促进教学科研协调发展;妥善处理评估结果,根据教师的个性特征提供不同的应用模型;正确认识学生评教,促进教师发展等对策。

Abstract:This paper gives an analytical study of the present situation and problems of China's College Teacher Performance Appraisal System and puts forward performance management concept and humanistic management concept.Detailed solutions are recommended such as the enhancement of teacher appraisal,coordination of research with teaching,appraisal result processing,individuality catered models,in order to enhance teachers' professional improvement.
