| 摘 要： | 利用逻辑框架分析方法对某高校新校区建设项目进行了后评估实证分析,构建新校区建设后评估目标层次的基础上,对原预测指标和实际实现指标进行了对比,得出后评估结论,提出学校要拓宽建设经费筹措渠道,加强项目建设管理,建立后评估的控制与反馈系统.

| Abstract: | Currently,many new university campus has been completed,As a general concern of the public opinion,the Post-Evaluation of new university campus should be carried out.This paper carries out post-evaluation empirical analysis of a new university campus project by way of logical framework approach.It first sets up the target levels of post-evaluation of new university campus.Second,it compares the original predictors with the actual realized indicators and assess the conclusion.Finally,It puts forward that the college should expand the channels of consturction funding,strengthen the project management,and set up the control and feedback system of post-evaluation. |
