硫铝酸盐水泥固化软土的试验研究

摘    要:用硫铝酸盐水泥、粉煤灰和矿渣等复合软土固化剂进行软土的固化实验,并测试了固化土样的力学性能、放热曲线和微观结构.结果表明:复合固化剂在掺量10%-15%左右时,固化土样的无侧限抗压强度达到2MPa,劈裂抗拉强度0.5MPa以上,固化反应的放热量达37.5J/g,固化反应产生的钙矾石和水化硅酸钙凝胶产生增强效果.

Abstract:The experiment was carried out with soft soil species stabilized by sulphate aluminium cement,fly ash,slag and gypsum.The mechanical property,reaction heat and microstructure of stabilized soil samples were measured.The results denote that when compound stabilizer accounts for 10 %-15 % of the soft soil total,the compressive strength is over 2.0 Mpa,the spilt strength reaches 0.5 Mpa,the quantity of heat generated is 37.5 J/g in 100hours,and the AFt and CSH generated in reaction enhances the strength of the stabilized soil.
