中国特色大国外交话语体系的构建

中华民族的伟大复兴，需要与时俱进的中国外交话语体系。构建中国特色大国外交话语体系，应丰富其内涵，坚守中国文化特色与马克思主义中国化的学理特征，保证中国外交理念与政策的制定，与执行保持始终一致的连贯性与稳定性，增强中国特色大国外交话语体系的理论说服力；还应拓展外延，创新外宣话语表达与传播的路径、方法，增强其世界辐射力。只有从内涵与外延两个层面共同构建中国特色大国外交话语体系，体现中国特色与世界情怀，中国才能主动打破西方国家的话语垄断，以更为鲜明的国家形象、更为有效的外交路径介入国际新秩序的制定过程，展现负责任的大国担当。

The revival of China requires the coresponding discourse power in diplomatic issues.Chinas diplomatic discourse should represent the characteristics of Chinese culture and localization of Marxism in China as well as the coherence and stability between the making and implementing of Chinas diplomatic principles so as to enhance its convincing power.Chinas diplomatic discourse should also innovate the paths and means of its international communication to enhance its radiation to the world.With well communicated Chinese characterisitcs and global vision from within and beyond,China can effectively break the monopoly of western diplomatic power and have a powerful say in world issues while shouldering the responsibility due to a major country in the world.
