| 摘 要： | 人文精神、科学精神和学术自由精神，是大学精神最重要最深刻的内涵。大学精神对于提升人的层次、弘扬人性、铸饭人格，培育自由自觉意识和创新意识都具有重要作用。要培养大学精神，促进人才全面发展，必须摒弃一切向钱看和盲目追随社会热点或把学校当成单一化、规格化人才生产工厂的错误观点，加强人文社会科学教育，建立有利于人才全面发展的人才培养理念和机制。

Proposals were made as to the construction of all most important contents for university spirits, training willpowers and cultivating personality round personal growth mechanism on the part of students in their beauty appreciation and morals. |
