摘    要:  [摘要]为高效、合理地量化评价智慧旅游城市竞争力,构建出由设施基础、经济基础、科技基础、环境基础等4个一级指标及移动电话年末用户数、城市互联网用户数等15个二级指标构成的,由层次分析法和熵权法综合赋权的智慧旅游城市竞争力评价体系。江苏省13座城市竞争力评价的实证案例表明,该评价体系能全面、客观地量化评价城市智慧旅游竞争力,影响城市智慧旅游竞争力的主要因素是城市基础设施建设和经济基础,加大5G、人工智能等信息技术投入,增强城市经济力量是提升城市旅游竞争力的关键策略。

Abstract:  Abstract:To have an efficient and rational evaluation of smart tourism destination competitiveness,an evaluation system for smart tourism destination competitiveness is built,which includes four primary indicators—infrastructure basis,economic basis,scientific and technological basis,and environmental basis—and 15 secondary indicators including number of year end mobile phone users and number of urban internet users,empowered by the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and entropy method.Competitiveness evaluation of 13 cities in Jiangsu Province shows that the evaluation system gives comprehensive and objective evaluation of smart tourism destination competitiveness;main influencing factors include infrastructure and economic strength;large investment in information technology such as 5G and artificial intelligence and economic enhancement is a key strategy to enhance the tourism destination competitiveness.
