| 摘 要： | 21世纪第一个 1 0年的中国 ,民办教育必将出现高潮 ,形成公立学校和民办学校共同发展的格局。推动厦门市民办教育的大发展 ,应做到鼓励和规范相结合。一方面从政策上、办学上、经费上扶持民办学校 ,调动其办学积极性 ;另一方面依法行事 ,依法办学 ,规范民办学校的办学行为 ,提高其办学质量和办学效益

| Abstract: | In the first decade of the 21 st century, there will be a high tide of education run by individuals and therefore a new structure of education run by the government and by individuals.To promote the individually run education in Xiamen,we should apply preferential policies combined with standardization,offering strategic,administrative and financial support to privately owned school while acting on the laws and standardizing the school operation so as to improve the quality and efficiency of the privately run institutions of education. |
