小议网络文献引用的适当原则

随着社会与科学的高速发展,网络文献作为引文已成为一种不可阻止的客观存在和发展趋势。学报编辑应正视网络文献作为引文存在的诸多问题,在实践中注意把握“适当”原则,着重从网络文献引用的必要性、真实性、时效性、适量性、规范性五个方面着手,整合编辑、审稿专家和作者的力量,以确保只有确凿无疑和能为后人查证利用的网络信息作为学术论著的参考文献。

Quotation from Internet literature has become an insuppressible and booming existence for all the problems in its application to journal papers.Editors should work under the principle of properness and take into account of necessity,truth,timeliness,moderation and standard in justifying the Internet quotation,and combine efforts with reviewers and authors to ensure that only the accurate and traceable Internet sources are qualified to be referred to as literature for academic works.
