| 摘 要： | 本文认为：面向２１世纪,我轩 根本任务是全面提高国民素质,因此,素质教育将在高校教育中起着举足轻重的作用。高校教育工作者必须端正教育思想,转变教育观念,全面贯彻素质教育。高校音乐在素质教育中具有其它学科不可替代的独特功能,是培养学生综合素质的重要途径和手段,应充分发挥其独特功能,为培养新世纪全面发展的优秀人才发挥积极作用。

| Abstract: | Music education has some promoting functions in the "overall quality-oriented education of college students". In view of the students' ideological and ethical standard, the co - authors think, intensifying their ideological and ethical education, strengthening their aesthetic judgement and improving their psychological quality will contribute to the development of their new ideas and concepts, which will definitely help them to adapt to the development of socialist market economy. |
