晶振字符自动检测系统的设计与实现

摘    要:自动生产线上晶振字符自动检测实时图像处理系统,采用了中值滤波及去噪、有效区与背景分离、提取字符有效面积和Roberts边缘检测等处理方式,构成模板的基本要素,模板与待测晶振字符比较,判断产品是否合格,控制分拣器操作.

Abstract:Crystal characters automatically detect the real-time image processing system of machine parts used in automated product line is introduced.Using median filter,Character and background separation processing;extract characters effective area,Roberts edge detection,etc.Constitute the basic elements of the template,Template and crystal characters comparison test to determine whether the product is qualified to control the sorting machinery operation.
