| Abstract: | In view of the existing problems in the construction of the new city of culture,this paper points out that innovation does not mean to do something unconventional to attract attention . Nor does it mean to go in for grandiose projects,and nor does it mean to compare blindly.The key to the construction of the new city of culture is to have new concept of culture,new ideas of people,new policies and systems,and new intelletuals. |
