| 摘 要： | 指出了合理的未必是合法的,可以理解的未必是可以接受的。于是,便有了自然法哲学与实证主义法哲学的二元对立;有了自由派对黑格尔和黑格尔哲学的抨击。解读了自然法哲学与实证主义法哲学,并从黑格尔的辩证法描述了二者的对立统一。

| Abstract: | Since the thought appeared that the reasonable is not necessarily legitimate, nor is the understandable be acceptable, binary opposition between Law of Nature and the law of Positivist came into being, so did the Liberals attack on Hegel and Hegelianism. This essay elaborates the definition of the Law of Nature and the law of Positivist and narrates their binary opposition from Hegel＇ s dialectic. |
