论文化建设能力的内涵及其对东莞领导干部的启示

全面落实科学发展观,推进我国经济建设、政治建设、文化建设和社会建设不断进入新的境界,不仅要求我们党的干部不断提升驾驭社会主义市场经济、发展社会主义民主政治、构建社会主义和谐社会以及应对国际局势和处理国际事务的能力,而且要努力提升建设社会主义文化的能力（简称文化建设能力）。本文就文化建设能力及其内在要求,如何提升文化建设能力两个问题进行论述。

Connotation of Cultural Construction Capacity and Implication to Dongguan Cadres

In order to fulfill scientific development conception and promote china’s economic construction,political construction,cultural construction and social construction to enter a new realm,it not only requires our party cadres to improve socialist market economy,develop socialist democratic politics,build socialist harmonious society and deal with international situation and affairs,but also strive to enhance the ability of socialist culture.This paper discusses two problems,i.e.cultural construction capacity and intrinsic demands and promoting cultural construction capacity.
