| 摘 要： | 当代中国慈善需求日益凸显,慈善能力日益增强,但公民慈善意识仍然有待培育。本文从伦理的角度反思中国慈善精神滞后的内在因素。"爱有差等"的宗族伦理、宗法血缘的财富伦理、儒表法里的政治伦理、社会信用的缺失是构建中国慈善精神的文化思想障碍,需予以破除。

| Abstract: | The philanthropic needs and capacities increase rapidly in contemporary China,but the philanthropic spirit of the Chinese citizens is to be further cultivated.The inherent factors for the underdevelopment of philanthropic spirit have been discussed.The four cultural and spiritual barriers to the cultivation of philanthropic spirit among Chinese citizens shall be overcome,including families ethics of ＂love with differentiation＂,wealth ethics of ＂patriarchal kinship＂,political ethics of ＂Confucianism externally and Legalism internally＂,and lack of social credit. |
