| Abstract: | As human society entered the 21 st century, the administrative idea of college tutors should keep pace with the times. Therefore, with the student-centred and human-oriented principle, tutors are supposed to build up equality between teachers and students, and produce a marked effect via authority and personality as well. Meanwhile, the concept of all-around development must be held to promote the comprehensive development of students. |
