| 摘 要： | 2003年11月教育部正式启动了"名刊工程",准备重点建设一批社会科学"名刊"、"名栏".去年10月,又正式下发了关于高校哲学社会科学学报名栏建设的文件."名刊"应具备学术的权威性,理论的创新性、方向的引领性等特征."名栏"则除了具备这些特征外还应有自己的特色.在这种形势下,编辑必须努力加强自身修养,为创办"名刊"、"名栏"做出自己的贡献.

| Abstract: | In November 2003,the State Education Commission formally started "Prestigious Journal Project", intending to produce some prestigious journals and columns in social science.Last October year,the document was issued for this project.A famous journal should be characterized by its authoritiveness,creativity and guiding role.In addition,it should possess its own peculiarity.Under this situation, editors must work harder to improve themselves so as to make a positive contribution to this project. |
