| 摘 要： | 交通运输工具的合理调度已经成为交通系统中的重要问题，以GPS、GIS和计算机通讯技术为基础的GPS监控系统能够有效解决这一问题。该文介绍了GPS监控系统的特点和结构，介绍了系统实现中的技术要点，并以上海港引航监控系统为例，探讨了GPS导航调度监控系统构建的过程。

Based on the GPS Monitoring system of the Shanghai harbor, the author discusses the procedure and technology of establishing GPS Traffic Monitoring System. |
