桕籽产量质量与地理分布相关的研究

本文是１９８７－１９８９年对全国１０省２１市（县）７４个乌桕种子样品的油脂含油、脂肪酸组成恙地理分布间相关性的研究。结果表明：１．地理分布对乌桕种子的百粒重、假种皮、种仁等含量含油率及皮；油的各项理化值影响都不太明显，但纬度与碘值之间表明出的相关。２．地理分布对乌桕油脂的脂肪酸组成影响不大，但对各脂肪酸百分含量的变化有着明显影响。３．乌桕种子的百粒重与种子各部份的含油率及种子含油率之间，具有不同程

The Interrelation Study Between the Tallow Yield, Quality and Geographical Distribution of the Chinese Vegetable Tallow Tree

Seventy-four samples of seed from the Chinese tallow tree(Sapiumsebiferum)in 21 cities(or counties) of 10 provinces were researched from 1987 to 1989. This paper reports the interrelation between some indexes of the seed, such as oil and tallow content,fatty acid component and physical-chemical properties etc,and geographical distribution of Chinese vegetable tallow tree.The result indicates that:1) Geographical distribution does not evidently influence such indexes as seed weight of hundred grannule, pseudospermodermis and seed kernel content, kernel oil and tallow content rate and physical-chemical value of tallow. But evident interrelation between latitude and iodine value of tallow exists. 2)Geograhpical distribution does not influence the fatty acid component of kernel oil and tallow, but evidently influence the fatty acid content percentage.3) Different interrelation exists between seed weight of hundred grannule and oil,tallow content rate of seed and sections of seed.4) Among various fatty acid contents of tallow, evident interrelation exists. In short, the oil and tallow content rate is determined by seed weight of hundred grannule and pseudospermodermis content percentage, and to a certain degree, the quality of tallow is interrelated with geogra phical distribution.
