摘    要:本文研究了硫脲法浸取硫化金矿的最佳条件、回收方法和硫脲的循环使用等问题。原矿经磨细,焙烧,用稀酸预浸出铜后,在常温,硫脲浓度10克/斤,硫酸铁浓度3.3克/升,pH值为1-2条件下,浸取两小时可以得到接近100%的浸取率。选用钢屑回收浸取液中的金,回收率大于96%,且硫脲不受损失。实验发现,硫脲可以多次循环使用,这样可以部分解决硫脲法浸金过程中硫脲消耗量大的问题。

Abstract:In this paper the optimum conditions for leaching gold from sulfide ore with thiourea are studied experimentally. After grinding and roasting of the ore, and pre - leaching of copper,gold can be leached out nearly to 100 % at the following conditions: room temprature, pH1 - 2,thiourea concentration 10g/L, ferric sulfate concentration 3. 3g/L, and electromagnetic stirring for 2 hours. Using iron filings to recover gold from leaching residue, the efficiency of recovery is more than 96%, Since thiourea is not losed, in this process it can be used repeatedly and large consumption of reagent in the thiourea - leaching process is remarkably reduced.
