| 摘 要： | 针对我国城镇地籍管理的现状，探讨了建立城镇地籍管理信息系统的目的和意义。本文在论述城镇地籍管理信息系统总体设计思想和原则的基础上，详细阐述了系统的构成、数据流向、系统技术实现基本框架等内容，对当前城镇地籍管理信息化提供了新的思路。

| Abstract: | According to the status quo of Cadastral Management Information System of Towns and Cities in China, the aim and significance of establishing a Cadastral Management Information System of Towns and Cities was discussed. On the basic of explaining of the design ideas and principles of Cadastral Management Information System of Towns and Cities, the system structure, the data flow and the basic frame of the system technical realization were particular set forth. The article provided a new way for current Cadastral Management Information System of Towns and Cities. |
