| 摘 要： | 本文通过对高校数据资源中心建设框架、建设内容的梳理,提出了基于"人、财、物"集约化管理的高校数据资源中心建设思路,并以北京联合大学为例,对建设过程中出现的问题进行了分析,总结了实践过程中的建设经验.
