上海港新港区位置的选择

本文分析了上海港泊位紧缺状况和拟建的几个港区所在位置的复杂自然条件,考虑到上海城市发展的前景和防洪泄洪等多种因素。建议将上海新港区位置选在金汇港,这样可以充分利用黄浦江上游和杭州湾两地优点,同时又给黄浦江开辟了一条沟通杭州湾的航道,为进一步利用黄浦江上游岸段创造条件。由于该地区涉及面小,工程技术简单,施工方便,造价又省,在近期内容易建成,可提供3.5万吨级以下泊位近200个。为解决十万吨级船只作业,建议在绿华山地区建设一个过驳、转运作业区,作为上海港的一个组成部分。

The Choice of the Site New Harbor District of Shanghai Port

This paper deals with the serious situation at present of berth shortage for the Port of Shanghai and the complex natural conditions for building new harbor districts in the proposed alternative sites.Considering the prospect of city development of Shanghai and some other factors such as flood control and flood discharge,the proposal that Jinhui Gang can be chosen as a site of new harbor district of Shahghai is offered so as to make fully use of the advantages of both sites of the upstream channel of the Huangpu River and of the Hangzhou Bay.It is possible to build this new harbor district in such a site in a short period of time due to simpler engineering techniques,easier construction and lower costs.In order to solve the operational problems of 100,000 tonner,it is suggested building a deepwater operational district for lighterage and transshipment in the Luhuashan area as a component part of Shanghai Port.
