| 摘 要： | 创新型人才培养是建设创新型国家的关键,也是国家中长期人才发展规划纲要的核心议题。国内外相关文献从心理特征、思维特征、个人能力等多方面对创新型人才的素质进行了定义和研究。在综合各相关研究成果基础上,提出基于智商—情商—逆商的创新型人才素质结构模型,对研究创新型人才培养具有重要的理论和实践价值。 |
