| 摘 要： | 通过构建区域软件服务业发展状况评价模型对我国发展软件服务业务的10个典型城市进行横向比较,分析南京市软件服务业在国内的发展地位。因子分析计算结果显示,南京市软件服务业的效率综合评价位于全国第4位,出口并没有成为南京市软件服务业的竞争优势;DEA模型计算结果显示,南京市软件服务业的相对生产效率没有达到最优,目前处于规模收益递增阶段。最后基于上述分析提出了南京市软件服务业相应的发展路径。
