| 摘 要： | 区域科技创新体系是提高区域创新能力、增强区域竞争力、完善地区及国家创新体系的重要保证.如何构建具有特色的区域科技创新体系,是泛珠区域面临的一个新的课题基于我国大力提升自主创新能力和建设创新型国家的战略背景,泛珠三角开展建设更具特色和优势的区域创新体系,使得泛珠区域科技力量的有机结合.促进区域内科技资源的合理配置和高效利用,通过分析泛珠地区在科技创新方面的瓶颈,研究泛殊地区科技创新体系及各组成要素定位.强调在CEPA框架下保持经贸对泛珠技术创新的驱动力,以市场为导向,探索具泛珠特色的区域创新体系.
