摘    要:跨区域创新合作的本质是通过区际创新要素共享,增强企业获取外部创新资源的能力,进而提高区域创新能力,促进经济发展。创新要素的空间集聚与扩散机制是推动南京跨区域创新合作形成的内在机制,在此基础上促成科技—产业、区际创新互动发展机制。进一步优化南京跨区域创新合作,需要从创新要素市场一体化建设、强化创新供需"耦合"效应、优化区际创新网络及创新合作机制等方面着手,为跨区域创新合作的有效展开创造有利条件,进而实现区域合作模式的创新、区域经济的创新发展。

Abstract:The nature of interregional innovational cooperation is enhancing the ability of the enterprises to obtain external innovation resources through the sharing of interregional innovation factors, so as to improve the regional innovation capacity and economic development. The spatial concentration and diffusion mechanisms of innovative elements promote the formation of such cooperation, and on this basis, promote the formation of interactive development mechanism for science and technology and industry, and interregional interactive innovation mechanisms. To reach optimization, it is important to build the markets integration of innovation factors, to strengthen the "coupling" effect between innovation supply and demand, and to optimize innovation networks and innovative cooperation mechanisms, in order to create a favorable environment for interregional innovation cooperation and realize the innovation of interregional cooperation mode and regional economic development.
