基于劳动生产率的企业整体专利价值实证分析 ——以广东省21个地级市2006—2009年的数据为例

选取广东省2006-2009年21个地级市的3类专利授权量与其2007-2010年的企业劳动生产率进行相关实证研究，检验各类专利对企业经济活动的影响。研究袁明：广东省专利授权量与企业劳动生产率之间存在线性相关，发明专利对企业劳动生产率的贡献最大，相关性最强，实用新型专利次之，外观设计专利的相关性最弱，贡献最小。发明专利特别是核心专利较少。因此，加大投入力度，提升研发的原创性，重视产学研结合，加强知识产权的创造与利用能力，不仅是科技创新与专利本身的要求，更是企业创造利润，促进社会经济发展的最终目的。

Empirical Analysis on Overall Patent Value of an Enterprise Based on Labor Productivity Data from 21 Prefecture-level Cities in Guangdong Province from 2006 to 2009

This article studies the relationship between the patents amounts from the data in three categories selected from 21 prefecture level cities in Guangdong Province of 2006-2009 with their productivity to enterprises to verify the influence of different patents on enterprises＇ economic activities. The research shows that there is a linear correlation between the quantity and productivity, that is, the invention patents contribute the most to the productivity and have the strongest relationship; the utility model patents place the sec- ond ; the design patents have the weakest relationship and the least contribution. Among these patents, the amount of the invention pa- tents is the smallest. Therefore, more investment needs to be used to increase the originality of research and development ; industry, university and research need to be paid attention to enhance the creativity and utility of intellectual property, which are the requirement of innovation and patents and for the enterprises profit and the eternal purpose of pushing the society to move forward.
