我国长三角地区区域创新能力、人力资本与外资绩效

测算了外资对经济增长的贡献率和拉动度、外资的业绩指数等指标，结果表明，2000年以来长三角地区利用外资的绩效是显著的。通过建立面板数据模型，从溢出效应的角度对外资的绩效问题进行分析，发现长三角地区高度的经济开放水平、国内研发投入力度的加大以及由此带来的区域自主创新能力的提高和丰富的高水平人力资本资源使得外资溢出效应得到了充分的发挥，成为近年来长三角地区利用外资取得高绩效的重要原因。

Regional Innovative Capacity,Human Capital and the Performance of Foreign Capital in Yangtze River Delta of China

This paper computes the indices such as contribution rate and pulling degree of foreign capital to economic growth, and the performance index of foreign capital, the result shows that the performance of utilizing foreign capital is remarkable in the Yangtze River Delta since 2000. Through establishing panel data model, we analyze the performance of utilizing foreign capital in the Yangtze River Delta from the angle of spillover effect and find that the high economic openness level, increase of investment to domestic R＆D and the eonsequential improved independent innovation ability of the area, and the rich and high-level human capital resources in the Yangtze River Delta bring the spillover effect of foreign capital into full play. They are the major reasons for why the Yangtze River Delta achieves high performance of utilizing foreign capital in the recent years.
