| 摘 要： | 研究FDI、官产学合作与区域创新能力的关系，对提高区域创新能力具有重要的现实意义。利用1995—2008年区域实际数据，通过计量分析探讨了FDI与官产学合作对区域创新能力的影响。实证研究表明，FDI、官学合作、产学合作以及官产合作是区域创新能力的Granger意义上的原因；FDI、官学合作、产学合作对区域创新能力起着显著的正面效应，其中FDI对区域创新能力影响最大；官产合作对区域创新能力没有起到预想的效果。

| Abstract: | The research on relationship of FDI, university-industry-government cooperation and regional innovation capacity is of great significance to the improvement of regional innovation capacity. According to 1995--2008 regional actual data, we analyze the impact of FDI and university-industry-government cooperation on regional innovation capacity through quantitative analysis. Empirical studies show that foreign direct investment （FDI）, university-government cooperation, university-industry cooperation are the Granger reason for regional innovation capability, and they play a significant positive role in regional innovation capability, where the FDI has the greatest impact on regional innovation capability. Government-industry cooperation did not bring the desired effect to regional innovation capacity. |
