个体特质对企业家战略执行能力的影响 ——来自中小民营企业家的证据

企业家个体特质、企业家胜任力和个体行为的心理影响因素等相关研究表明,企业家个体特质对其战略执行能力的形成和发展有重要的影响。在理论分析和对中小民营企业家进行实证调查的基础上发现,自我效能感对企业家战略执行能力有显著的正向影响,成就动机、创造性和内控对企业家战略执行能力没有显著的正向影响。因此,培育和增强自我效能感是中小民营企业家改善战略执行能力的有效途径。加强战略执行实践、接受教育培训、参加商会和行业协会都有助于中小民营企业家培育和增强自我效能感。

An Empirical Investigation of the Relationship between Personal Traits and Entrepreneur's Strategic Executive Competencies:Evidence from Private SME's Entrepreneurs

Related researches on entrepreneurial personal traits, entrepreneurial competencies and the psychological influential factors of individual behavior show that entrepreneurial personal traits have great impacts on the formation and growth of entrepreneur＇s strategic executive competeneies. By theoretical analysis and empirical investigation of private SME＇s entrepreneurs, this paper shows that entrepreneurial self-efficacy has significantly positive impact on entrepreneur＇s strategic executive competencies, while innovativeness, achievement motivation and internal locus of control haven＇t any significantly positive impact on entrepreneur＇s strategic executive competeneics. Therefore ,cultivating and strengthening his self-efficacy is an effective way of improving private SME＇s entrepreneur＇s strategic executive competencies. Enhancing strategic executive practice, receiving education and training,joining in commercial association and industrial association can contribute to cultivating and strengthening private SME＇s entrepreneur＇s self-efficacy.
