| 摘 要： | 我国企业的R&D人员在创造力不高的同时,工作复杂性压力和时间压力也越来越大。这些压力究竟会对R&D人员的创造力产生什么样的影响,在已有研究成果中没有明确的定论,特别是在中国的文化背景下。进行相关的实证研究,结果表明,工作复杂性压力和时间压力均对我国企业R&D人员的创造力产生积极影响。

| Abstract: | In our country＇s enterprises ,the creativity of R＆D personnel is not high,and at the same time, their time pressure and work complexity pressure is increasingly larger. The effect of pressures on the creativity of R＆D personnel is not definite in existing research results, especially in the Chinese culture background. For this, we have done some interrelated research, and the result makes clear that： In our country＇s enterprises, both time pressure and work complexity pressure can promote the creativity of R＆D personnel. |
