| 摘 要： | 在阐述欠发达地区、后发优势以及区域创新体系概念的基础上,分析欠发达地区利用后发优势构建区域创新体系的可能性,建立欠发达地区利用后发优势构建区域创新体系的机理模型,研究欠发达地区利用后发优势构建区域创新体系的机理和作用,并就如何构建欠发达地区区域创新体系提出4点建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the discussion of the concepts of underdeveloped region, later-developing advantage and regional innovation system, the paper sets forth the possibilities that the underdeveloped region takes advantage of the later-developing advantages to construct the regional innovation system, constructs the mechanism model on how the underdeveloped region builds regional innovation system by utilizing the later-developing advantages, and analyzes the mechanism and important role the underdeveloped region has adopted and played while making use of later-developing advantages to construct the regional innovation system. At last,the paper puts forward four suggestions on how to construct the regional innovation system of underdeveloped region. |
