来自欧佩克的OFDI反向技术溢出对我国经济增长的影响研究

采用2003-2010年我国对欧佩克13个国家①对外直接投资(OFDI,Outward Foreign Direct Investment)的面板数据,分析来自欧佩克的OFDI反向技术溢出对我国经济增长的影响,发现:①分别从短期、长期来看,OFDI反向技术溢出对我国经济增长有促进作用,但是影响大小尚不如FDI；②OFDI与国内资本投资形成正反馈,也就是说随着我国对外直接投资的增加,获得的收益可以转而增加国内投资,而国内资本的增加也会增加对外直接投资；③长期看来,OFDI与FDI对我国经济作用之间的差距有缩小的趋势,经济危机后这种趋势更为明显；④欧佩克组织中发达国家并不比发展中国家对我国经济影响更大.

Research on Effect of OFDI Reverse Technology Spillovers from the OPEC on China’s Economic Growth

By adopting the panel data of Chinese outward foreign direct investment(OFDI) in 13 countires1 by Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries(OPEC)from 2003 to 2010,this paper analyzes the effect of OFDI reverse technology spillovers(RTS) from the OFDI on China’s economic growth,and finds:① whether from short-term or long-term perspective,the OFDI reverse technology spillovers plays a promoting role in China’s economic growth,but its effect is less than that of the FDI;② the OFDI and domestic capital investment have formed a positive feedback relationship,namely with the increase of OFDI,the gains can be turned to increase domestic investment,while domestic capital increase will also promote the increase in the OFDI;③in the long run,the gap between the effect of OFDI and FDI is narrowing,especially after the economic crisis,this trend is more prominent;and ④ developed countries in OPEC have no greater impact on China’s economy than developing countries.
