| 摘 要： | 知识共享并不是KIBS企业的目的,其目的在于通过知识共享实现创新的持续和知识产品生产效率的提高。由于知识共享模式的不同,企业从知识共享的过程中所获得的收益也存在差别。以知识共享路径为基础,将KIBS企业知识共享划分为推动和拉动路径主导两类模式,并建立收益模型对KIBS企业两类知识共享模式的收益进行分析,随后研究了存在约束情况下知识共享机制所要注意的问题,最后提出了相关建议。
