石墨烯领域发展态势及对策建议

摘    要:石墨烯是目前材料科学、物理、化学等领域最热门的研究主题之一。由于集优异的电学、力学、光学、化学等特性于一身,在半导体、动力电池、新一代显示器等领域具有巨大的应用潜力。借助文献和专利分析等手段,对国际石墨烯研发态势和进展进行了分析,提出了浙江省石墨烯领域发展的对策和建议。

Abstract:Graphenes is one of the hottest research topics at present in materials science, physics, chemistry and other fields. As showing excellent electrical, mechanical, optical, chemical, and thermal and other properties in one, graphene can be used in the semiconductor industry, power batteries, aerospace, military industry, and new generation of displays with great potential. In this arti- cle, we have analyzed the development status and the R&D progress of graphene in the world, with the means of literature and patent a- nalysis and others, finally we present the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of graphene in Zhejiang province.
