| 摘 要： | 研究了在全球贸易摩擦的背景下,中国企业应该如何实现创新性与合法性的双元升级。由于企业具有资源异质性,应根据企业资源和能力不同,分别采取不同的升级路径。将中国企业双元升级面临的挑战分为合法性和创新性挑战,构建了合法性和创新性矩阵,并选取比亚迪和华为进行案例分析,总结出企业应根据自身能力和资源的不同,分别选择合法性获取路径或创新性获取路径。

| Abstract: | This paper researches how to achieve dual upgrading of innovation and legitimacy for Chinese enterprises under the circumstance of global trade friction.Due to resource heterogeneity,different upgrading paths should be chosen according to different enterprise resources and capabilities.The challenges of Chinese enterprises are divided into legitimacy challenges and innovation challenges.This paper constructed the legitimacy and innovation matrix,chose BYD and Huawei for case study and made a conclusion that the enterprises should choose the legitimacy or innovation paths based on their own capabilities and resources.The conclusion provides some reference for the transformation and upgrading of other enterprises in China. |
