伙伴选择机制对高技术集群企业间知识共享影响研究

在分析高技术集群内企业伙伴选择机制的基础上，借助小世界网络理论与方法对企业集群知识共享过程进行了仿真，研究了不同伙伴选择机制对知识共享的影响。研究发现，核心能力互补机制是促进企业集群知识增长的积极因素；实力相当机制则会阻碍集群的知识增长和企业间的知识共享；而信誉机制则会使集群中的企业形成不同派系，阻碍企业间的知识共享。

Study on the Effect of Partner Selection Mechanism on Knowledge ring in High-tech Enterprises Cluster

This paper simulates the process of knowledge sharing in light of small world network theory and methodology, and explores the effect of different partner selection mechanisms on knowledge sharing in enterprises cluster. Results show that the mechanism of selecting firms which have the complementary core capabilities can promote knowledge growth, while the mechanisms which have the equivalent strength may hinder the knowledge growth of the cluster and the knowledge sharing among enterprises. However, reputation mechanism will lead enterprises to different factions and impede knowledge sharing among enterprises.
