摘    要:以往企业人力资本对知识创新的影响研究,主要关注企业人力资本对知识创新的直接影响,而忽视了中介变量的作用.运用山东、江苏两省31家企业176份抽样调查数据,利用结构方程模型检验企业人力资本与组织激励、技术创新与知识创新之间的关系.研究表明,企业人力资本通过组织激励和技术创新两条路径对知识创新产生影响,组织激励和技术创新在企业人力资本和知识创新关系中起完全中介作用.

Abstract:In former researches on influence of enterprise human capital on knowledge innovation,main attention is paid to the immediate influence,while neglecting the role of intermediary variables.This paper uses 176 samples from 31 enterprises in Shandong and Jiangsu,and by using the structural equation model,tests the relationship between enterprise human capital and organization incentive,technological innovation and knowledge innovation.The research demonstrates that enterprise human capital has a positive impact on knowledge innovation through two paths,i.e.organization incentive and technological innovation,which play a completely mediating role between enterprise human capital and knowledge innovation.
