国际垂直专业化背景下发展中国家的环境创新研究

国际垂直专业化是当今全球主要的分工方式,是由发达国家跨国公司所主导,发展中国家在其中处于依附的地位。为了承接更多的制造工序,发展中国家在环境规制、企业在环境创新展开双重博弈,再加上技术锁定效应,阻碍了环境创新。因此,发展中国家应在环境创新中加强合作,促使发达国家向发展中国家提供环境技术援助,同时国际组织应进一步发挥积极作用。

On Environmental Innovation in Developing Countries under International Vertical Specialization

International vertical specialization is the main labor division means in the world today, where multi-national enterprises in developed countries play a dominating role and the developing countries are more in a dependent position. To receive more manufactur- ing tasks, games about both the environmental regulation and innovation among developing countries and their enterprises, with the effect of technological lock-in, impede the environmental innovation. So the developing countries should be united in the environmental innova- tion to win more environmental technology aid from developed countries and facilitate the positive action of international organizations.
