| 摘 要： | 增强自主创新能力，建设创新型国家是我国的国家战略。创新型企业是以企业持续的自主创新能力为基础的，创新型企业的发展壮大，对于实现建设创新型国家的战略至关重要，同时对于调整产业结构，转变经济增长方式具有重要意义。运用企业生命周期的一般原理，对创新型企业的成长阶段进行分析，并针对其发展中的问题提出合理的政策建议。
