Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy: Effects on Entrepreneurial Process

As the central construct of the social learning theory,self-efficacy has attracted many researchers from different fields.Scholars have developed the conception of entrepreneurial self-efficacy（ESE） which has become an important variable to forecast the entrepreneurial intentionality and to explain the entrepreneurial activities.Through reviewing the previous researches on self-efficacy and analyzing the influence of self-efficacy on entrepreneurial process,we attempt to give suggestions for improving the entrepreneurial quality and promoting the entrepreneurial activities.
