| 摘 要： | 海洋科技在漫长的发展演变过程中，由于多种因素的交织作用而形成了特有的发展规律。基于分析影响海洋科技发展的诸如政治、经济、军事等各种因素，探讨海洋科技发展演变规律，有利于深层次理解海洋科技的发展历程、正确把握其发展脉络，并对未来的走势作出科学预测。
