金砖国家农业发展水平分析 ——基于熵权法和变异系数法的比较研究

摘    要:从金砖国家农业发展水平的视角,采用多指标综合评价法,构建金砖国家农业发展水平指标体系,运用熵权法和变异系数法确定指标权重,并基于2000—2011年金砖国家的相关数据,分析金砖国家农业发展水平的主要影响因子,探讨金砖国家农业发展水平的趋势以及各国间的差异。结果表明:灌溉水平、劳均耕地面积及出口率是金砖国家农业发展的主要影响因素;金砖各国的农业发展水平呈现出明显的上升趋势;各国间农业发展水平差异明显,特别是作为农业大国的中国,其农业发展水平位于金砖国家的末位,农业大而不强的特征明显。因此,中国应注重从基础设施建设、规模化经营以及国际合作等方面推动农业发展。

Abstract:From the perspective of agricultural development level of BRICS, with the multi-index comprehensive evaluation meth-od, an agricultural development level index system of BRICS is constructed using entropy weight method and variation coefficient meth-od to determine the index weight;and base on related statistics of BRICS in 2000-2011, the main influencing factors for the agricultural development level of BRICS is analyzed and the trend of agricultural development level of BRICS and difference among countries are discussed. The results indicate that the irrigation level, the acreage under cultivation per labor and export rate are the main influencing factors for the level of agricultural development level of BRICS, which shows a clear upward trend, but the difference of the level of ag-ricultural development among BRICS is increasingly evident, especially that China as a large agricultural country ranks the last one, so that which is evidently not strong. To promote the rapid development of China’s agriculture, we shall strengthen agricultural infrastruc-ture construction, speed up the process of agriculture scale management and expanding agricultural cooperation with other BRICS and so on.
