关系嵌入对企业创新绩效的影响 ——基于知识搜索视角

从知识搜索的视角,构建了关系嵌入与企业创新绩效之间的关系模型,以浙江制造企业为样本,运用结构方程模型,对关系嵌入与企业创新绩效的相互影响机制及知识搜索的中介作用进行了实证研究。结果表明:关系嵌入中的联结强度和关系质量对知识搜索深度和搜索宽度均有显著的正向影响;联结强度对企业的创新绩效有显著的影响,但关系质量却无明显作用;知识搜索宽度和搜索深度在关系嵌入与创新绩效之间有完全中介作用;搜索宽度是搜索深度的基础,搜索宽度能够促进搜索深度。

Influence of Relational Embeddedness on Innovation Performance---From Perspective of Knowledge Search

This paper constructs the model of relationship between relational embeddedness and innovation performance from per-spective of knowledge search. Using the date from the survey about Zhejiang manufacture enterprises, the article empirically studies the interaction between relational embeddedness and innovation performance, and analyzes the impact of knowledge search as the mediation by the structure equation model. The results show as follows：associative strength and relationship quality have significant positive influ-ence on knowledge search depth and search width; associative strength has significant effect on innovation performance of enterprise, while relationship quality has no significant effect;knowledge search depth and search width play a completely mediating role between relational embeddedness and innovation performance;search width is the basis of the search depth and can promote search depth.
