| 摘 要： | 按照科技型企业的生产过程引入两阶段生产模型，运用上海市7260家科技型企业的面板数据，分析了企业专利的生产影响因素以及将专利作为中间投入品如何影响科技型企业的盈利能力。在分析中，详细考察了科技经费、人员投入等对企业创新绩效的影响。此外，区位因素、经济类型、政府资金等因素也体现在相关分析中。

| Abstract: | Introducing two-stage production model based on the production process of scientific ＆ tech enterprises, this paper ana- lyzes the production influencing factors of enterprise patents and how patents as intermediate input products impact the profitability of scientific ＆ tech enterprises by using panel data from 7260 scientific ＆ tech enterprises. In the analysis, the paper examines in details the effect of location factors like cooperative partners, raw materials and target markets and others on enterprises innovation perform- ance. Meanwhile, technology funds, personnel investment, economic category, government funds, time and other factors are reflected in the analysis as well. |
